Surface Preparation
+Ensure the surface is clean, dry, level, and free from dust, grease, paint, or loose particles before application. Repair any damaged areas and allow the substrate to cure properly.
Mixing
+Mix Porcelain Tile Fix with clean water according to the recommended ratio until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixture to stand for a few minutes, then remix before use.
Application
+Apply the adhesive using a suitable notched trowel. Spread evenly while holding the trowel at approximately a 45° angle. Press porcelain tiles firmly into the adhesive with a slight twisting motion to ensure complete coverage. Remove excess adhesive before it hardens.
Curing
+Allow the adhesive to cure completely before grouting or exposing the tiled surface to traffic or moisture. Protect the installation during the curing period for maximum bond strength.
